The fever is soaring high for all football die-hard fans ever since the European Football Championships started. In times like these, while most men are on all- time high mood women are on all time low. I've known some women who actually detest football because they suffer from lack of attention from their partners during the matches.
Somehow there are some women who enjoy watching football but do they have as much overwhelming passion that men have for the game? Honestly, I'm not a sucker for football. Nevertheless, if it's something my husband really enjoys, I'd rather learn and understand about it, and share the common bond of sports, rather than to have him watch it alone or leave me and watch it with his buddies. Football is a real man's game, full of strategies, courage and passion.
This does not mean that women have to become sports enthusiasts to please their partner. They only need to provide space to their men to follow their passions. Don't get me wrong though. I'm not in any position to give advice. It's just my personal opinion. I believe it is important to be patient and encouraging. Besides, it's better not to find faults with your man’s thinking. Otherwise, the chances are that he may shut himself off.
So ladies, free your mind from worries, free your heart from hatred! Please bare with your partner for the next few weeks and thereafter, he's all YOURS!
To all avid football fans out there, ROCK ON!
